Analysis of the Gender Pay Gap

Our data shows:

  • Women represent the majority of employees in every quartile, ranging from two-thirds to more than 90%.

  • A higher proportion of women currently hold senior roles within the business.

  • Roles traditionally dominated by men in the industry — particularly chef positions — sit mostly within the upper quartile and continue to reflect a broader national trend of lower female representation.
